Electrolytic manganese metal has a wide range of uses in alloy steels and non-ferrous alloys. Manganese plays the role of deoxidation, desulfurization and alloying in steelmaking. Manganese in the alloy can improve the strength, toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the alloy. Electrolytic manganese metal because of its high purity, low impurities, has been successfully and widely used in iron and steel smelting, non-ferrous metallurgy, electronic technology, environmental protection, food hygiene, welding rod industry, aerospace industry and other fields.
The company uses manganese carbonate ore powder as raw material, leaches the raw material with sulfuric acid to obtain manganese sulfate solution, and uses electrolysis to produce electrolytic manganese metal sheet products. The flake product is crushed and sieved to obtain manganese powder.
