Summer vacation has arrived, and the summer sunlight has become bright. The scent of the wind, the chirping of cicadas, those who love summer are incredibly happy. The distant places begin to look clear, those mountains, those waters, those deserts, those grasslands, and the bustling world on the road, all support the tenderness and romance.
From August 2 to 4, 2024, under the guidance of the company's party branch and with the care and support of the board of directors, the Fengda Company Trade Union and Women's Committee organized an employee activity to Guangzhou Chimelong, allowing employees and their children to spend a wonderful summer vacation together, bringing warmth, joy, and family gatherings to the employees.
At 9:00 AM on August 2, all participating employees and their families gathered and took the high-speed train from Jishou to Guangzhou, starting this enjoyable journey. On the way, the tour guide provided detailed introductions to the itinerary and precautions. After a five-hour journey, the group arrived at the first stop of the event - Guangzhou Chimelong Water Park.
Here, employees and their children fully experienced the joy of being with water, enjoying thrilling and exciting activities such as river rafting, the rocking giant wheel, wave pools, big horns, and speed racing, as well as family-friendly attractions like the family fun area, parent-child water city, and the new themed water play area - Egg Island Water Park, allowing employees and children to enjoy coolness and happiness in the scorching summer. The large water park brought employees and children closer together, as well as the emotional connection between employees and the company.
At 9:00 AM on August 3, under the careful arrangement of the tour guide, the group set off on time for the next stop - Chimelong Safari Park. Guangzhou Chimelong Safari Park is part of the national 5A tourist attraction Chimelong Tourist Resort, featuring large-scale wild animal populations and self-driving tours. It integrates the protection, research, tourism observation, and popular science education of animals and plants. Here, employees and children observed colorful animals up close, marveling at the wonders of the animal world, while detailed scientific explanations enhanced their understanding of the world of flora and fauna.
At 7:00 PM on August 3, after dinner, the group headed to the third stop - Guangzhou International Circus. Here, there are beautiful light stages and spectacular theater performances. Whether it is thrilling stunt performances or humorous clown acts, they received warm applause and cheers from employees and children. The performances left a deep impression on everyone, making them feel exhilarated.
At 8:00 AM on August 4, the group set off for the fourth stop - Flower City Square. In addition to various flowers, greenery, lakes, and fountains, the square also features iconic buildings such as the Guangzhou Library, Guangzhou Grand Theatre, Chow Tai Fook Financial Center, and Guangzhou International Financial Center. The unique and spectacular urban landscape amazed everyone with Guangzhou's prosperity and charm. After visiting Flower City Square, the group boarded the high-speed train back to Jishou.
The implementation of this activity has played a positive role in enriching employees' leisure lives, motivating employees' work enthusiasm, and enhancing team awareness. It has also allowed all employees to experience a different corporate culture and heritage of the company. In recent years, under the leadership of the company's party branch and with the care and support of the board of directors, the Fengda Company Trade Union and Women's Committee have actively organized parent-child activities for employees during the summer for six consecutive years, aiming to create a 'caring and service-oriented' party branch and youth and women's organization, closely focusing on the company's operational development, and playing a role in promoting corporate culture, volunteer service, and enhancing employees' sense of happiness, contributing to the harmonious and stable development of the enterprise.
