On the morning of January 26, 2024, Fengda Company held its 2023 annual work summary meeting and commendation conference. The company's chairman, Liu Hanyong, presided over the meeting and encouraged all employees to deeply study new thoughts and new concepts, profoundly understand new policies and new requirements, fully leverage their own advantages, unite as one, gather strength, and advance hand in hand with the company, establishing a common corporate development philosophy to jointly create a better new Fengda. General Manager Li Shaodong, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer Wang Guoning, as well as department heads and management (technical) personnel attended the meeting.
At the meeting, everyone reviewed the work highlights of 2023 together. Employee representative Zhang Qin expressed her feelings, recalling her 30-year journey since entering the workplace, feeling grateful for Fengda Company, Chairman Liu Hanyong, and General Manager Li Shaodong for their mentorship, and for the cooperation and mutual achievements among colleagues. Eight department heads, including Zhang Lingtong, Fu Yuqin, Yan Lijun, Zeng Lifei, Tang Chunyan, Wang Dejun, Wu Xiaoming, and Yang Jiadong, reported on their departments' work in 2023, summarizing the previous year's work, analyzing unfinished tasks and shortcomings, and determining work ideas and specific plans for the next year. Wang Guoning provided a detailed analysis report based on the company's overall work situation in 2023, and Li Shaodong arranged specific work for each department regarding the company's 2024 work plan.
After carefully listening to everyone's speeches, Liu Hanyong stated that he would seriously absorb and adopt the good suggestions from each department, study measures to ensure implementation, and on behalf of the company's board of directors, express gratitude to all departments and employees for their contributions to promoting the company's high-quality development, along with New Year blessings.
At the same time, in light of the company's specific situation and work plan, Liu Hanyong put forward several earnest hopes for each department and employee:
First, strengthen learning, especially deepen the study of professional knowledge, thoroughly understand the performance of the company's products and related market knowledge, strive to improve oneself, and actively obtain relevant professional certificates and titles;
Second, enhance research and development innovation efforts, further save energy and reduce consumption, improve quality and transformation, include more of the company's products in the high-tech product category, reduce production and operation costs, and improve production efficiency;
Third, always maintain a strong focus on safety production, ensuring that the enterprise seeks progress while maintaining stability and moves forward safely during development;
Fourth, strengthen cooperation and communication between departments, coordinate work arrangements, and ensure proper inventory and summary work.
At the meeting, the company also held on-site commendations for outstanding employees, overtime employees, furnace construction employees, cost-saving employees, and employees who won awards in vocational skills competitions for the year 2023.
