On the afternoon of January 26, 2024, Fengda Company held its 2024 New Year gathering. Chairman Liu Hanyong, General Manager Li Shaodong, Vice General Manager and Chief Engineer Wang Guoning, along with nearly 200 employees and their families, attended the event, which was hosted by the head of the administrative department and union chairperson Yan Lijun.
At the beginning of the event, Chairman Liu Hanyong delivered a warm speech, fully affirming that over the past years, in the face of significant difficulties and challenges brought by the China-U.S. trade war, the Russia-Ukraine war, and supply chain crises, Fengda people did not lose heart but instead boosted their confidence and showed determination and courage to face challenges. During the gathering, to promote the spirit of teamwork and enhance employee cohesion and organization, the company specially organized an intense and exciting tug-of-war competition. The competition was divided into 6 men's teams, 4 women's teams, and 2 children's teams, using a best-of-three format. The winning team would receive a cash prize prepared by the company. With the referee's call of '3, 2, 1, start!', the participants exerted all their strength to strive for collective honor. The audience, who were not competing, cheered from the sidelines, with cheers and shouts rising and falling, making the scene extraordinarily lively and instantly pushing the gathering to a climax.
After intense competition, the tug-of-war contest ultimately produced 6 winning teams, with Chairman Liu Hanyong and General Manager Li Shaodong personally awarding prizes and bonuses to the winning teams, and presenting New Year gifts to all employees' children, encouraging them to study hard and grow up healthy.
At the end of the event, the board of directors led all employees and their families to sit around the stove, raising their glasses in celebration, exchanging New Year greetings and wishes. The company also specially prepared exciting lottery activities for everyone.
