I am Zhang Lingtong, the Head of the Production Department of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture Fengda Alloy Technology Co., Ltd. I am very honored to participate in today's meeting. I have served as the Head of the Production Department since the company was established in 2007 and also concurrently as the Director of the Manganese Ingot Workshop, responsible for the company's production and management work.

The company was one of the first enterprises to settle in the Xiangxi High-tech Zone. For nearly 20 years, I have been dedicated to my position, actively engaging in production technology and management work, leading the company's production team, and working hard. The company has rapidly developed into the largest manganese alloy new material enterprise in China, a core enterprise of the Ministry of Science and Technology's "Xiangxi National Manganese Deep Processing High-tech Industrialization Base," and has become a national-level "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" small giant enterprise.

The company started from barren land in 2007. I led the production team to establish a series of products including high-nitrogen manganese nitride, forged manganese, manganese-aluminum alloy, and metallic manganese blocks, with a total of 21 workshops and an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. The projects have undertaken more than 10 national and provincial-level scientific research programs, including the Ministry of Science and Technology's Innovation Fund, International Scientific and Technological Cooperation, and National Science and Technology Support Program. We have achieved breakthroughs in scientific and technological work in Xiangxi Prefecture multiple times, with the company's annual sales revenue reaching a maximum of 1.9 billion yuan and the highest annual export reaching 150 million US dollars, contributing to the sustainable and leapfrog development of the manganese industry in Xiangxi Prefecture.

01 Strengthen production organization and management to ensure quality and quantity in completing production tasks.

Production work is the top priority of the company. Every day, I lead the frontline employees and production management personnel to work diligently, successfully completing all production tasks. Sometimes, the company's production is large, the product delivery time is tight, and customer demands are diverse. However, we always plan ahead and take various effective measures to organize production, actively ensuring the normal production and timely delivery of all products. When there is a rush order, I lead by example and work overtime, sometimes staying overnight in the factory, sleeping in the workshop, and keeping a close eye on production.

I am responsible for the unified arrangement and scheduling of production tasks, coordinating the production of various workshops. My main focus is on production scheduling management, where I have established assessment standards for production indicators in each workshop, calculated production consumption and costs, and managed production statistics, accounting, and inventory management. I have ensured that the data from the original production records is collected, summarized, and analyzed, recording the production data from each workshop, achieving daily verification of material usage and consumption, and production output, maintaining a consistent standard for ten years, keeping the company's production management at an advanced level in the industry.

I am responsible for the maintenance, repair, and technical transformation of all company equipment, doing everything possible to ensure that the equipment meets production needs. The company has a lot of equipment and a heavy maintenance workload. When production equipment malfunctions, I am available 24 hours a day, responding promptly to issues, and I will not rest until the problem is resolved.

With many new project installation tasks, I fully utilize my management capabilities to carry out equipment and process technology transformations, expanding the production capacity of advantageous products, ensuring that the company can always grasp the new market trends and maintain a leading position in the industry.

02 Actively participate in new product research and development, innovate and build products.

The company has conducted research and development and construction of several new manganese-based products. As a key member of the R&D team, I actively participated and made my contributions.

The manganese nitride new material I participated in developing is used for special alloy steel, where the new technology of nitrogen replacing nickel significantly enhances the quality of steel. As a result, the National Export Tax Commission established a new tax code for "manganese nitride," triggering a wave of process upgrades in high-end special steel enterprises. The product has been recognized as a "National Key New Product" by the Ministry of Science and Technology and is a champion product in Hunan's manufacturing industry. We have conducted seven upgrades and technological transformations, achieving an annual production of 20,000 tons, with the technology level and market share ranking first in the country.

The team actively adopted the method of "international scientific and technological cooperation" and jointly developed manganese-aluminum alloy production technology with Brazil, which has reached an internationally advanced level. The developed manganese-aluminum alloy additives are used in the production of special aluminum profiles, featuring no fluorine, no pollution, and high recovery rates. The products are exported to the United States, Brazil, Italy, and other countries. The successful development of these products has filled the gap in similar products in China. The project received support from the Ministry of Science and Technology as an "International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Project," marking the first national-level "International Scientific and Technological Cooperation" project in Xiangxi Prefecture, which has far-reaching significance.

In response to the new demands in the special alloy smelting industry in recent years, our team has diligently developed high-performance sintered forged manganese new products, establishing a production line with an annual output of 25,000 tons of forged manganese. The project has been designated by the Provincial Science and Technology Department as a "Technology Innovation Project Combining Production, Education, and Research," with successful implementation of the technology leading the market.

I have been a member of the project teams for these projects, from R&D, application, and management to technology development, design, and finalization, as well as workshop construction, debugging, and industrialization. I have personally coordinated project advancement, achieving the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, establishing multiple production lines, and ensuring that the technical level of several products is leading in the country.

03 Focus on independent innovation, consolidate the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and achieve fruitful results.

The company conducts multiple innovation research and technological transformations every year, receiving recognition and honors from various levels of government. Our production team has twice won the Xiangxi Prefecture Worker Pioneer Award, the Hunan Province Worker Pioneer Award, the Hunan Province Model Employee Family Award, the National Model Employee Family Award, and the Hunan Province May 1st Labor Award.

The project team has twice won the first prize for scientific and technological progress in Xiangxi Prefecture, three times won the third prize for scientific and technological progress in Hunan Province, and once won the third prize for patents in Hunan Province. We actively promote the enterprise brand strategy in production, winning the titles of "Famous Brand Product" and "Famous Trademark in Hunan Province," bringing honor to the enterprise brand in Xiangxi.

In the future, I will continue to lead the company's production and research teams, striving to achieve the goal of building Xiangxi Prefecture into a world-leading research and manufacturing base for manganese-based new materials and nitrogen series new technology application materials, and to become an excellent enterprise production technology management personnel.
